What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design research and data analytics to generate meaningful insights to guide business operations
- Develop dashboards, reports, and communications to share analyses and insights for executive decision-making
- Apply a data science lens to business analytics, market intelligence, and operational strategy
- Perform advanced data mining and statistical analysis using SQL to uncover actionable business insights
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design database schemas that support analytical requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) or more years of experience in data research, business intelligence, statistics, or analytical research
- Proven attention to detail, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of multiple concurrent initiatives
- Ability to navigate ambiguity comfortably and meet frequent deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with generative AI, data lakes/warehouses, and data automation
- Previous work in a fast-paced environment that fosters learning and process improvement
