What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide front-end and back-end web development using modern techniques and frameworks
- Design and implement RESTful web services and APIs following OpenAPI 3.x
- Build multi-tier web applications and deliver continuous integration through automated deployment
- Participate in agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and reviews
- Create and maintain technical documentation and provide coaching to internal staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in front-end web development using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
- Proficiency in back-end development using Python, Flask, Node.js, and related technologies
- Experience with cloud hosting environments such as OpenShift and Google Cloud Platform
- Strong understanding of database design and development, particularly with PostgreSQL
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in scaled agile environments and collaboration with product management teams
- Familiarity with modern development tools such as Vite and event-driven workflows
- Previous experience in knowledge transfer and mentorship roles
- Understanding of domain-driven design and enterprise integration practices
