What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns aligned with marketing strategy and best practices
- Manage ad-hoc requests for email campaigns from inception to completion, including timeline management and review processes
- Coordinate with key business and IT stakeholders to facilitate meetings for email and SMS development
- Ensure compliance with marketing efforts following branding guidelines and regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign results using relevant metrics and KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on email and SMS
- 2+ years of experience with email & SMS platforms/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- 1+ years of experience using project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet)
- Proficiency in segmenting data for email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML and email design best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Background in the healthcare and/or health insurance industry
