What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the annual standard setting calendar and align it with Janssen Business Services
- Maintain and improve the standard setting and change process for product costing
- Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to clarify contributions and responsibilities
- Own the annual standard setting process ensuring timely completion with high data quality
- Develop training materials and conduct training for finance associates on product costing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least three (3) years of business-related experience, with two (2) years in supply chain finance
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP and experience in product costing environments
- Ability to understand and assess financial business processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or bio-pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of implementing improvements to financial processes
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work creatively and effectively in a dynamic environment
