      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
      - Analyze financial data and create financial models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis to support business planning and decision-making processes
      - Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
      - Compile, review, and analyze financial information/statements
      - Present accurate monthly summaries of expenses and direct costs with action-oriented commentary and analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in Accounting/Finance/Business or financial analysis related field
      - OR Associate's degree and four (4) years of relevant experience
      - OR Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of relevant experience
      - Must have a valid driver's license and reside within North Carolina
      - Must be able to travel within the catchment area as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
      - At least two (2) years in public accounting or four (4) years in accounting roles in the private or public sector
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or actively pursuing certification
