      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Address new open tickets and review existing outstanding tickets for resolution
      - Follow up on escalated tickets and work proactively to resolve client issues
      - Assist with new user setups and provide support for client-specific applications
      - Maintain accurate documentation in ConnectWise PSA and Hudu
      - Collaborate with team members to improve client network uptime and efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience supporting end users in a service desk or help desk environment
      - Strong troubleshooting skills related to common technical issues such as printers, password resets, and antivirus alerts
      - Familiarity with ticketing systems, time entry, and documentation tools like ConnectWise PSA and Hudu
      - General understanding of networking concepts including firewalls, switches, and desktop computers
      - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two-year technical degree
      - 2+ years of service center support experience
      - Proven technical ability with experience in Microsoft products and certifications (MCITP, MCSE, MCP, MCTS, CCNA, etc.)
      - Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment
