  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
  - Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies and guidelines
  - Conduct audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and manage risk
  - Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, providing necessary evidence of compliance
  - Proactively recommend and implement improvements to the compliance program
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, compliance, or related roles
  - Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and compliance requirements
  - Hands-on experience with compliance management tools and GRC platforms
  - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
  - Understanding of EU and UK compliance regulations, laws, and frameworks
