What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects and programs from inception to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute program business plans aligned with strategic vision
- Establish planning processes to align business needs with annual budget
- Provide project and program level updates to executive leadership
- Develop and manage relationships with senior business leaders and assist in articulating business value
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading/managing IT programs/projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office applications
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, SNOW SPM)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification (or equivalent)
