  In your new role as a Senior Manager, IT Business Partner (Go To Market), you will contribute to Stryker’s Go To Market strategy by partnering with the European commercial teams to develop future minded IT capabilities.

  Is this you?

  You have Experience You have at least 10 years of professional work experience in IT/IS, business consultancy and/or business discipline. Extensive knowledge in implementing Go To Market models, Territory Management and Incentive Compensation and or Digital Marketing capabilities. You will have expereince with at least one of the following; Salesforce.com, Adobe Marketing cloud and/or Varicent.

  You have a Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or Computer Information Systems preferred.

  You speak Fluent English A key part of this role will be to work with international stakeholders across the world. Knowing one or more additional languages is a plus.

  You love a Challenge A self-starter who enjoys problem solving and creating digital journeys. You can organise and direct diverse activities in a changing environment, often under time pressure.

  You are a Goal-oriented Orchestrator You can effectively coordinate and prioritize skilled employees toward the right activities that contribute to success and take action yourself

Next to that, you build and maintains successful relationships with business stakeholders at different levels and vendors. You have prior experience influencing across multiple teams/groups across an organization.

  What will you do at Stryker?

  • Drive IS value creation and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our commercial divisions and act as a liaison between IT and the business.
  • Participate in the development of business and IT strategic plans.
  • Front collaborative efforts for business case development.
  • Charter and prioritize program and project initiatives in conjunction with commercial management.
  • Ownership of business focused IT metrics that ensure transparency of IT Services.
  • Partner with IS teams to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, standards, procedures, and associated documentation including but not limited to computer systems validation, Global Change Control, SOX, and PMO standards.
  • Manage the IT budget and guide the business in effectively investing in Information Technology to meet strategic objectives.
  • Liaise with other IT stakeholders in project management, architecture, IT delivery and governance to ensure alignment and a smooth integration of process output with the rest of the IT environment.
