What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support in-house and external counsel in the factual development of cases, including document gathering and stakeholder coordination
- Assist with the discovery process, including document collection, retention, and production, and drafting responses
- Research, draft, and review legal documents, including subpoenas and settlement agreements
- Track and manage critical litigation deadlines and project manage various legal projects
- Compile litigation metrics and reporting to identify trends and issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or BA degree or paralegal certification with a minimum of 5+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team with minimal supervision
- Knowledge and prior use of e-discovery tools and workflows
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other related software

- Previous experience working in a technology company environment
- Demonstrated legal analysis and research skills
- Ability to quickly develop proficiency in unfamiliar software and systems
