  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the primary contact for a designated book of clients, liaising with various internal teams
  - Collect and analyze financial information throughout client relationships
  - Manage collateral monitoring and ensure compliance with loan documentation
  - Conduct onboarding of new clients and facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders
  - Identify underperformance in client accounts and develop strategies to address issues
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience of 10 or more years in banking
  - Proven experience in writing/reviewing loan presentations and conducting cash flow analysis
  - Strong credit and risk management skills, with knowledge of lending policies and procedures
  - Ability to make timely recommendations while adhering to bank policies
  - Excellent customer service orientation with attention to detail
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in a commercial lending department
  - Exceptional verbal, written, and negotiation skills
  - Familiarity with credit software and strong PC skills, particularly in MS Office
  - Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  - Demonstrated dependability and strong work ethic
