      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead technical discovery and solution development while conducting pre-sales demos of the employer's software for prospective customers
      - Collaborate with Account Executives to create strategies that support customer initiatives and drive sales opportunities
      - Provide technical sales leadership during the Proof of Concept (POC) process, demonstrating the employer's software functionality
      - Analyze customers' network environments to identify pain points and propose suitable solutions
      - Train and assist customers in utilizing the features of the employer's software to manage their networks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification
      - 8+ years of relevant experience in network management and automation
      - Extensive knowledge of major vendors' networking products and configurations
      - Experience implementing and troubleshooting dynamic routing protocols, QOS, Security, MPLS, and Multicast
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage key business stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in Network Operations or NOC settings
      - Fast learner of complex technologies
      - Located within the territory of Illinois, Michigan, or Minnesota with the ability to travel up to 50%
