What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the product life cycle, coordinating product launches, go-to-market strategies, and communication plans
- Implement agile methodologies to drive product development, including sprint planning and backlog management
- Conduct market research and user research to inform product innovation and build a dynamic roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally to shape the product strategy based on findings from various stakeholders
- Stay informed on competitors and industry standards, incorporating best practices into workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong data-driven approach with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and measuring impact
- Proven ability to create product requirements and clearly communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong desire to mentor and teach others in both technical and non-technical roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or finance
- Familiarity with SQL and Looker for data analysis and reporting
- A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
