What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead product development to deliver value to end users while supporting the organization’s goals
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to formulate and drive a unified product strategy and roadmap
- Work closely with team members to design and validate solutions that meet user needs
- Serve as a product evangelist, communicating product vision and strategy to inspire alignment
- Keep up with current trends and best practices in software development and product management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 5 years of product management experience
- Experience applying modern product discovery and delivery techniques
- Proven ability to refine time and resource estimates and assess user and business value
- Experience developing roadmaps and managing team capacity

- A strong curiosity about user goals and pain points
- Demonstrated ability to learn across multiple functional areas of business
- Comfortable working in an agile environment with evolving priorities
- Experience with technology, data architecture, and APIs
