      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive projects through the initiative lifecycle, aligning stakeholders across organizational levels
      - Manage project schedules, costs, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure clear deliverables
      - Generate accurate project status reports and ensure compliance with PMO standards
      - Proactively manage risks and define mitigation plans to prevent service line impacts
      - Mentor project managers and contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) knowledge areas

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of project management experience in healthcare operations and technology or a payer-related field
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders at all levels
      - Experience utilizing Project Portfolio Management software
      - Knowledge of Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP or PMI-ACP certification
      - Experience leading cross-functional technology projects supporting various departments
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software systems
      - Self-driven with strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment
