What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the planning and implementation of high-pressure distribution pipeline generation projects
- Support business development through project scoping, fee development, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
- Define project scope, develop schedules, budgets, and staffing plans post-award
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure project success and resolve issues
- Train, mentor, and oversee other Project Managers while participating in portfolio and project reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of increasing experience in the Gas Utility Industry, including 5 years in project management for Gas Distribution projects
- Strong understanding of financial management principles
- Proven success in managing large multi-discipline programs and projects
- Exceptional skills in relationship development and management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution (preferred but not required)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred but not required)
