What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize, manage, and plan projects of all sizes, leading project teams of engineers
- Secure project work through proposals to new and existing clients
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements
- Act as a liaison between internal clients, external clients, and project stakeholders
- Mentor engineers and project managers to promote their technical development and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering with structural emphasis, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 15 years of related engineering experience
- Registration as a professional engineer (PE/SE) preferred
- Excellent budgeting, time management, and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Risa 3D, RAM, Tedds, or similar structural analysis software
- Proven ability to maintain accurate project records using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in managing teams
