What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coach a team of 5 senior sales directors to develop successful sales strategies and campaigns
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales team quotas by holding the team accountable for revenue-generating activities
- Provide regular updates to management on team activities, opportunities, and risks
- Implement strategic planning, forecasting, and ongoing development of the sales team
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships to drive sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more
- At least 10 years of relevant enterprise experience in sales, digital, and advertising roles
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets
- Strong communication skills with experience in executive outreach
- Ability to travel 25%-30% of the time
