What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, maintain, and enhance AP reporting dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and scorecards
- Build analytical reporting logic using SQL, OTBI, FDI, PowerBI, or similar tools
- Analyze invoice flow, processing cycle time, and payment accuracy to identify trends and performance gaps
- Lead reporting modernization initiatives, including automation and self-service dashboards
- Serve as the reporting subject matter expert, bridging communication between IT, operations, and AP leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting, or Analytics roles
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools and database query languages such as SQL and PowerBI
- Strong understanding of AP workflows and financial accounting principles
- Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills to present findings to leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion), including Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls related to the procure-to-pay process
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to summarize complex topics effectively for diverse teams
