What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to core research, education, and technical assistance activities at the Center for Retirement Initiatives
- Conduct literature reviews and analyze data for policy papers, issue briefs, and other publications
- Assist in creating and updating the Center’s website resources
- Propose and execute new research and communications initiatives
- Collaborate with faculty, research fellows, and student research assistants as part of a larger research team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree such as an MPA, MPP, JD, or MBA preferred, or a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related work experience
- Strong interest in business, economics, and public policy related to financial well-being and retirement security
- Demonstrated experience in writing and publishing public policy-related work
- Excellent writing, communication, data analysis, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Enrollment in or completion of a Ph.D. program in a relevant field such as government, economics, or public administration
- Experience with grant writing
- Familiarity with graphic design, data visualization, and digital communication tools
