What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute high-impact research initiatives
- Conduct quantitative research to inform product and business strategy within the advertising sector
- Engage with members and advertisers to uncover pain points and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Communicate insights effectively to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, balancing tactical and strategic objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrable experience in product research and/or user experience (UX) research
- Expertise in large-scale survey methodologies and complex survey analysis modeling
- Strong knowledge of relevant statistical concepts and experience with data analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages and libraries for data manipulation and computational statistics
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in advertising or business research is a plus
