What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Identify and prioritize key accounts and new business opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

- Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in biotech sales, focusing on bioreactors or related technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or Life Sciences, or a Bachelor in Business with relevant experience
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Deep understanding of bioreactor technologies and their applications
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in a relevant field
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
