      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed new business revenue targets in the employer segment
      - Identify, qualify, and close new employer accounts for physical fitness solutions
      - Conduct compelling sales presentations and serve as a trusted advisor on employer health strategy
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from sale to onboarding
      - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide insights to the executive team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, employee benefits, or wellness
      - Proven track record of selling to employers or HR decision-makers
      - Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
      - Strong consultative selling skills and exceptional communication capabilities
      - Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
      - Additional business or sales certifications are a plus
      - Familiarity with employer benefits landscape and corporate wellness trends
