      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve annual sales goals by developing and maintaining customer relationships within the region
      - Drive growth through effective account management strategies and collaboration with marketing
      - Attend local vendor shows and execute marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Account Managers, and other Sales Specialists to meet client needs
      - Provide subject matter expertise in cold chain management and GxP environments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Life Sciences
      - 5+ years of experience in life sciences capital equipment sales in a designated region/territory
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
      - Strong business acumen and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      - Experience in life sciences, clinical diagnostics, and biobanking
      - Consultative approach to managing client relationships
      - Strong analytical and organizational skills
