  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions for web applications and data pipelines
  - Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes
  - Mentor and coach junior engineers through thorough pull request reviews and constructive feedback
  - Embrace strategies that minimize risk through observability, alerting, metrics, and high test coverage
  - Participate in frequent releases that incrementally build value for the organization
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  - 4+ years of experience as an engineer building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team
  - 3+ years of experience working with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table data sets
  - 2+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker solving for business value
  - 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques
  - Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments
  - Expertise with statistical data techniques such as causal inference and NLP
  - Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  - Familiarity with security systems that handle sensitive data
