What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently manage the entire lifecycle of projects or features, including design, development, and deployment
- Improve code structure and architecture to enhance testability and maintainability
- Write and review design documentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members and adjacent teams to solve complex problems
- Conduct thoughtful code reviews and mentor other engineers individually
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6+ years of software engineering or software development experience in a related field
- Comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts, including object-oriented design and multi-threaded architecture
- Hands-on programming experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript, and frameworks like React
- Experience using relevant tool suites such as IntelliJ, Git, and Webpack
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for building user-friendly applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a leadership or team lead role
- Strong web programming skills, including HTML5, CSS3, ES6, and responsive design techniques
