What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take full ownership of complex features and projects from initial concept through development and ongoing support
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, ML, and Design teams to create scalable features
- Mentor and guide other engineers within the team
- Bring a customer-focused mindset to all development efforts
- Champion and embed the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience developing and shipping customer-focused products
- Strong programming fundamentals in Java, Python, Golang, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Experience designing and maintaining complex systems and application services
- Ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver project milestones effectively
- Eagerness to iterate on new products based on customer feedback
