What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute territory business plans to optimize sales activities and objectives
- Create and implement effective call plans targeting healthcare professionals
- Utilize approved promotional materials to support marketing messages during sales calls
- Manage sample accountability and complete administrative responsibilities, including activity reports and expense tracking
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of healthcare issues, products, and market trends to engage effectively with clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is required
- B2B sales experience is required
- Ability to travel overnight (15%) within the territory
- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
