      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
      - Create and maintain a detailed project schedule, change control process, and documentation
      - Identify project risks and present detailed, implementable solutions or alternatives
      - Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
      - Analyze costs and forecasts, incorporating them into business plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
      - 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
      - 8+ years of experience working with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud)
      - Strong program and project management skills with proven experience coordinating projects across multiple teams
      - Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP or Scrum certification
      - Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
      - Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
      - Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
      - Strong experience using Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
