What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and enhance core planning and capacity models in Pigment
- Maintain workforce planning infrastructure, including headcount models and role-based productivity assumptions
- Define and measure capacity across all Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and analyze rep productivity metrics
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into planning models and metrics
- Document data models and business logic to enable stakeholders to answer their own questions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, GTM analytics, workforce planning, or a similar analytical role
- Strong SQL skills, including writing queries and understanding data lineage
- Demonstrated modeling skills in workforce planning, capacity analysis, and scenario modeling
- Experience with planning or FP&A tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive
- Clear communication skills to explain complex analyses in simple terms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with BI tools like Grafana, Tableau, or Looker
- Familiarity with Salesforce and GTM productivity tools such as Outreach or Clari
- Exposure to sales methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and GTM planning processes
- Previous experience in open source or developer-focused SaaS companies
