What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic engineering and business goals
- Develop and refine program management frameworks, processes, and tools to optimize collaboration and operational efficiency
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, product, and design teams to drive prioritization and decision-making
- Define and manage program roadmaps, including schedules, milestones, and critical paths
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to leadership, leveraging analytics for informed decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of experience leading complex, high-impact, cross-functional technical programs, preferably in SaaS, cloud computing, or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of software development processes, including agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban)
- Experience with platform engineering and building scalable capabilities within an organization
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills, particularly in executive-facing environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar program management systems
- Superior problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong decision-making and risk management skills
- Experience with healthcare technology is a bonus
