What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform regular site audits to identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the web team to resolve them
- Optimize on-page elements such as metadata, internal linking, and content formatting
- Conduct keyword research and evaluate competitors' websites to find content gaps
- Track and report on SEO and GEO metrics, making recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with various teams, including designers and content creators, to enhance search strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an enterprise software or SaaS environment
- Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization best practices
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in GA reporting and Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing and optimizing strategies for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Familiarity with using generative AI tools for keyword research and optimization recommendations
- Basic understanding of Semantic HTML and Schema Markup
