What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and edit high-quality website pages, blogs, and supporting content
- Utilize AI tools to generate initial drafts and refine them to final quality
- Optimize content for SEO best practices to drive traffic and engagement
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to manage content deadlines
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–3 years of professional writing and editing experience
- Strong command of English grammar, tone, and structure
- Proven ability to self-edit and proofread content
- Experience writing SEO-focused web content
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Docs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation
- Experience writing or editing content for the medical, aesthetic, or legal industries
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal
- Experience managing clients or workflows using CRMs
