What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor electronic data collection systems daily to ensure data integrity
- Create error and omission reports using spreadsheets for management review
- Generate daily production, exceptions, and billing violation reports
- Collaborate closely with lead care managers to ensure accurate data input
- Adhere to departmental standards for the analysis of service and billing data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in business, accounting, information technology, or health informatics, or seven years of relevant experience
- Minimum of one year of experience working with databases for Electronic Health Records
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data connections
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Experience in data mining and exception reporting within the healthcare industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the field of substance use disorder or mental health
- Familiarity with Office 365 SharePoint for document collaboration
