- Lead the end‐to‐end architecture of ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Now Assist (Generative AI) for virtual agent enhancements, AI‐powered knowledge generation, incident summarization, and resolution suggestions.
- Define platform architecture, governance, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive AI adoption strategies across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
- Ensure integration architecture with third‐party systems using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.
- Lead platform upgrades, instance strategy, and data governance efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow innovations including Now Assist and AI/ML features.
- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Hands‐on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Expertise in CMDB and Discovery.
- Experience designing multi‐instance and enterprise‐level architecture on ServiceNow.
- Hands‐on experience with Now Assist / Generative AI features including AI‐based summarization, content generation, and conversational AI (Virtual Agent).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and model governance as applied to ServiceNow workflows.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with ServiceNow workflows using APIs and automation tools.
- Technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI architecture is a strong plus.
