      The Catalyst Team is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our full-time team as full-time employee.


      · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

      · 5 plus years of IT experience, Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and automation.

      · Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform components such as Service Catalog, Workflow, Scripting, Integration Hub, etc.

      · Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, etc. Experience in developing custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.

      · Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

      · Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

      · Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

      · Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

      · ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), etc., are a plus.


      · Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

      · Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows, scripts, and custom applications using ServiceNow technologies such as Flow Designer, Orchestration, Scripted APIs, etc.

      · Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to automate various IT and business processes including incident management, change management, asset management, etc.

      · Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.

      · Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

      · Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.

      · Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams.
