Job Description
- Req#: 19345
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps)
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, admins, and architects
- Drive requirements gathering, design reviews, and implementation planning
- Track risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 3+ years managing ServiceNow platform projects
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
- Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
