      Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager

      Location: Remote

      Duration: 12 Months

      Employment Type: Contract

      Pay Range: $70 to $75

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps)
      • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
      • Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, admins, and architects
      • Drive requirements gathering, design reviews, and implementation planning
      • Track risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
      • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance
      • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
      • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership

      Required Skills & Experience:
      • 7+ years of IT Project Management experience
      • 3+ years managing ServiceNow platform projects
      • Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
      • Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
