What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, admins, and architects
- Drive requirements gathering, design reviews, and implementation planning
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of IT Project Management experience
- At least 3 years managing ServiceNow platform projects
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
- Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and governance
