      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closure
      - Grow and maintain a pipeline of 3x quota target while meeting assigned sales targets
      - Build strong relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders through meetings and presentations
      - Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure smooth transitions to delivery
      - Utilize data-driven tools to manage sales processes and provide accurate forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5+ years of experience in selling consulting services
      - Proven ability to position implementation services in IT environments
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Strong negotiation skills and client relationship management experience
      - Willingness to work in complex, globally distributed environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ServiceNow certifications preferred
      - Experience with other SaaS platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or Atlassian
      - Proactive and highly motivated with a strong lead generation background
      - Experience in building exceptional partner relationships in a sales context
