What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and create compelling graphics for Facebook and other social media ads
- Assist in developing advertisements for sales events, promotions, campaigns, and shows
- Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing Manager on various tasks to ensure consistent branding
- Schedule and manage weekly social media content across multiple store pages
- Brainstorm fresh ideas for campaigns and online engagement strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic design, marketing, or a related field
- Two to four years of experience managing social and digital media channels
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in design work
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
