What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute an effective social media strategy to drive growth and meet company goals
- Manage organic social media across various platforms, focusing on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Engage with the audience, including prospects and industry influencers, to build community
- Create tailored, engaging content that aligns with best practices for each social platform
- Analyze KPIs to optimize future content and understand user behavior and industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in organic social media marketing
- B2B social media experience is required
- Experience managing company accounts on major social media platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with strong writing abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tech and/or nonprofit industries
- Direct experience using LinkedIn for thought leadership and lead generation
- Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite
- Reddit experience is a plus
