What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain Workforce Management applications and integrations using UKG Pro WFM and related technologies
- Design, configure, and deploy scalable solutions aligned with user-centered design principles
- Write efficient, reusable, and high-quality code to support critical WFM capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver solutions within Agile sprints
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across production and test environments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM and Boomi integrations
- Strong knowledge of Kronos Workforce Integrations Manager (WIM) and UKG Pro
- 3+ years developing and testing applications using UKG Pro or similar WFM tools
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM Time & Attendance, Schedule Optimization, or ATK applications
- Experience with Middleware technologies such as Boomi, Apigee, or MOVEit Automation
- Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server database environments
- Proficiency with Git/GitLab, SonarQube, JIRA, and Confluence
- Knowledge of Oracle HRIS, Workday, or other HR/payroll system integrations
