What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, design, and implement solutions for specific application areas owned by the team
- Take ownership of the team's product areas running in production
- Resolve production issues and defects for solutions owned by the team
- Ensure effective communication practices within the team and across teams
- Help scope work properly to align with team capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of software development experience in large-scale, multi-platform environments
- Experience with server-side technologies such as .NET and Node.js
- Familiarity with relational databases
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CI/CD lifecycles and Git
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Django Framework
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Svelte, CSS, and HTML
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, specifically Kanban
