      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain native mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms
      - Collaborate with a team of engineers to tackle complex technical challenges and improve code quality
      - Participate in a decentralized peer review process to enhance best practices and knowledge sharing
      - Document, refactor, and analyze features to ensure high standards of quality and transparency
      - Onboard new engineers and contribute to architectural changes impacting the entire codebase

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in native Android development
      - Interest in learning and developing for Kotlin Multiplatform and iOS
      - Strong understanding of algorithms and programming concepts
      - Fluency in English (level B2 or equivalent)
      - Ability to thrive in a scale-up environment with performance and quality challenges

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working with Kotlin Multiplatform or Swift/SwiftUI
      - Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools
      - Enthusiasm for engaging in knowledge-sharing and collaborative work environments
      - Background in contributing to open-source projects or technical communities
