What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write detailed test plans and test scripts based on system specifications
- Perform pre-site software quality assurance testing aligned to software development activities
- Install, start-up, and troubleshoot automation software and equipment
- Lead the execution of the site software validation test plan
- Capture, summarize, and communicate test results and progress with team members and customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eligible to work in the USA long-term without sponsorship
- Preferred degrees: CIS, MIS, IT, or other technical-related major
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills on both software and hardware
- Ability to learn technical systems, including networks and databases, quickly
- Strong demonstrated sense of customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with enterprise software systems, IT, or process automation
- SQL knowledge is a plus
