What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive cross-sell revenue and growth for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance solutions
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and progress opportunities aligned with institutional priorities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, engaging with senior administrators to connect solutions to critical outcomes
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure clear expectations from sale through delivery
- Build deep knowledge of solutions and stay current on higher education trends affecting the market
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in a sales or solution-focused role within the higher education ecosystem
- Significant experience with SaaS or higher education technology
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep consultative selling skills with a demonstrated ability to lead discovery
- Experience working in a matrixed environment alongside various teams
