What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, product demos, and solution design
- Design end-to-end solutions and prepare documentation for customers
- Lead onboarding for new customers, facilitating adoption and value recognition
- Document solution designs to ensure seamless post-sale transitions across teams
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the buyer journey, communicating customer product requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of related work experience in a technology company
- Experience in pre-sales support, technical consulting, and solution design
- Proven success in consulting clients on technology implementation and system integration projects
- Direct experience with enterprise SaaS technology and handling data/content exchange
- Exceptional communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a start-up technology company
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technology field
