  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide exceptional post-sale support to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, including troubleshooting and advising on technical use cases involving the employer’s API and SDK
  - Serve as a trusted advisor to technology partners, supporting their integration and implementation questions
  - Conduct customer trainings and workshops (on-site and virtual) to maximize product adoption and technical understanding
  - Collaborate with customers to design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned to workflows and industry best practices
  - Identify and implement creative, technically sound solutions to address complex customer challenges
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  - Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn and support APIs, SDKs, and software integrations
  - Fundamental knowledge of SEO best practices and digital optimization
  - Experience in a similar role at a technology or software company, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce
  - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  - Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and regulatory environment
  - Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  - Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working independently
