What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and technical requirements
- Facilitate consultations with executive stakeholders to identify pain points and workflow inefficiencies in revenue cycle management
- Analyze client environments to guide the sales, legal, and implementation processes
- Design and present tailored Revenue Cycle Management solutions that address client-specific challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions with client systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a relevant discipline required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a sales/solution consulting environment within healthcare technology, SaaS, or revenue cycle management
- Proven track record of leading and supporting complex sales cycles and closing enterprise agreements
- Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management, billing, and collections processes
- Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience at a Big 4 consulting firm or equivalent highly preferred
- Experience with data integration and workflow automation
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers
