- Conduct thorough investigations to support the accurate resolution of insurance claims
- Interact with parties involved in losses, including insured individuals, claimants, and witnesses
- Prepare and submit detailed investigative reports
- Stay updated on fraud trends within the assigned area of responsibility
- Enhance investigative skills and understanding of emerging issues impacting claims

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of special investigation insurance claims experience or investigative law enforcement experience required
- Reside roughly within 40 miles of Charleston, SC territory
- Strong interviewing and communication skills
- Designations in CIFI, FCLS, or FCLA strongly preferred
