What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with Feeding America Network partners to understand food sourcing needs
- Execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and participation in central produce or grocery purchasing programs
- Conduct assessments to ensure access to key products and aid in distribution
- Oversee the Feeding America ordering process, including technical training and transportation oversight
- Conduct engagement calls to understand product availability, seasonality, and related topics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of the food industry, food banking, and/or purchasing/sourcing is helpful
- Commitment to Feeding America's mission and advocacy for people facing hunger
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in various settings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the food industry or food banking
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar platforms
- Previous experience in a role that requires collaboration across departments
- Understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent issue resolution
